We accept various forms of payment such as cash, cheque, credit card and e-Transfer.

E-Transfer is fast becoming the most popular form of payment due to it's convenience.

Below is a list of common financial institutions along with instructions on how to e-Transfer.

Simply click on the logo to be taken to the institution’s log in site.

All e-Transfers require a security question and answer that you determine.  Please advise us of the answer as soon as you complete the e-Transfer.

Log into your account and click on Payments & Transfers tab

Along the left you will see Transfer Funds, choose Within Canada
  1. Log in to EasyWeb using your Access Card number and EasyWeb password
  2. Select Payments & Transfers from the top menu bar
  3. Click on the Send Money option from the left hand sub-menu bar
  4. Select the withdrawal account and the recipient. (If desired, a personalized message can be included in the Message field.)
  5. Review and confirm the information you have entered
  6. Your Interac e-Transfer has been sent and a confirmation number is provided. The money has been deducted from your account and an email notification will be sent to the recipient.
  1. Sign into Scotia OnLine
  2. Select "Interac e-transfer" from the "Banking" tab
  3. Enter the recipient's email address and create a security question
  4. Enter a transfer amount and select the account from which to draw the funds
The recipient will receive an email with a link to their own online banking page. From there they sign in, answer the security question, and deposit the funds directly into their account.
Send an Interac e-Transfer

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Select transfers and choose send Interac e-Transfer.
  3. Set up your sender profile and add your recipient's information.
  4. Complete the money transfer details (account, dollar amount, message type).
  5. Click on send transfer and enter the amount and recipient.
  6. When the funds are accepted, you will be notified through email, text message or both.
How to send and receive an INTERAC e-Transfer? Follow the simple steps below to send money easily, safely and securely:

  1. Log into SCU MemberDirect™ Internet Banking and navigate to the Transfers screen.
  2. Set up your sender profile and add your recipient – make sure to create a Security Question that only your recipient knows the answer to.
  3. Choose how to notify your recipient, the amount you wish to send and which account the funds will be transferred from. You can also choose to send a special message.
  4. Send The funds are debited from your account immediately
  5. Your recipient will receive notification that you have sent them an INTERAC e-Transfer, and will follow the links provided in the email or text message to deposit their funds
  6. Once they have answered the security question correctly, they can deposit the funds immediately – no holds, no hassle.
Sending an Interac® e-Transfer: Step-by-Step

  1. Login to Carpathia Online from a computer or mobile device.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click on the ‘e-Transfers’ link. The first time you do this you will be prompted to create a user profile.
  3. Click the Send Interac® e-Transfer’ link on the left-hand side window.
  4. Select a recipient, or add a new recipient profile, by entering the person's name or business name, plus an email address and/or mobile number.
  5. Add an option personal message but don't include the answer to the security question.
  6. Send the e-Transfer. Your account will be immediately debited with the e-Transfer amount and the $1.50 e-Transfer fee.
  7. Please logout of the Interac® site when finished and close your browser.
  8. The recipient will receive a text message and/or email containing a hyperlink to access the funds 30 minutes after the transfer has been sent.
Adding a Recipient
  1. E-Transfers can only be sent to recipients that are setup on the e-Transfer website (accessed from the Carpathia Online site).
  2. Click the ‘Add/Delete Recipients’ link and fill in the details. When complete, click ‘Add Recipient’.Review the details and click ‘Confirm’ to add the recipient.
  3. Please note that the security question and answer will remain the same for the recipient added until the sender decides to change it.

To send an Interac e-Transfer, from the Banking tab:
  1. Select "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds".
  2. Enter the amount you want to send and select the account you want to send the funds from. In the "To:" dropdown list, select "INTERAC e-Transfer". You can't specify the date you want to send the INTERAC e-Transfer on.
  3. You will be asked to:
  4. Provide the name and email address or mobile phone number of the recipient
  5. Provide a security question and answer that only the recipient will be able to answer (you may want to agree on a question with the recipient in advance)
  6. An email or text message notification will automatically be sent to the recipient with instructions on how to retrieve the funds.Type your paragraph here.
